A. Cedro (active 1909)
Return to Collection  :: Return to Artist List

A. Cedro was a prolific painter who lived in Siskiyou County, California around the turn of the 20th century. Although little is known for certain about his life, it is believed he was a Russian immigrant who shortened his Russian name to its present form. Most of his surviving work consists of pastoral scenes and primitive murals which still survive in public building throughout Northern California and Southern Oregon.
